Every repair completed by North Fraser Appliance Repair is backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. If the same issue comes back within that window, we return and make it right at no additional cost, subject to the conditions below.
The warranty covers the specific part replaced and the labour performed during that visit, not the appliance as a whole or any pre-existing issues unrelated to the original repair.
Coverage begins on the date of the original repair and runs for 90 consecutive calendar days.
A warranty claim must relate to the original fault diagnosed and repaired. A new, unrelated issue on the same appliance is treated as a separate service call.
The warranty is void if the appliance is serviced, modified, or repaired by anyone other than North Fraser Appliance Repair during the coverage period.
Damage caused by misuse, power surges, flooding, pests, or normal wear and tear on unrelated components is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty service is provided at no charge within the 90-day window. Any additional diagnosis or repair outside the scope of the original fault will be quoted separately.
